¿Cuál es la fecha de hoy? - What is the date today?
Hoy es el # de mes. - Today is the # of month.

primero - first

¿Cuándo es tu cumpleaños? - When is your birthday?
Mi cumpleaños es el # de mes. - My birthday is the # of month.

el día de la Independencia - Independence Day

la Navidad - Christmas

el día de San Valentín - Valentines Day

el día de los espíritus - Halloween

  • @sukoskamilo  Sip. Es cierto que lo dicen de las dos formas. Soy de los Estados Unidos.

  • if you were to say "Christmas is during the winter season" would it be "La Navidad es en el invierno" or would it be "es en el invierno"?

    They could both work. In the second one... it is impied (the verb tells us that we're talking about something)

    So if someone asked you "¿Cuándo es la Navidad?" and you know you're talking about it... you could respond:

    "Es en el invierno."

  • im having a hard time...determing what is CUal,que, it is desame?cual is which and que is what..right??pero como usar los palabras¿....

  • also having a hard time using... CUAL,COMO and Cuando....sometimes CUANDO means CUAL?.. COMO sometimes HOW and Que or The? also Lo que and Se... im having a hard time..please teach on how to use those kind of words
