Have you seen the video? After the cops show up, he does what they show him to do.He moves to the side, he's not picking up or throwing stuff any more, keeps his hands down. HE IS NOT A THREAT TO ANYBODY. Then cops assume positions around him and tase him for no reason. Then when he's down, Canada's bravest wait for his convulsions to slow down and pin him to the ground (and you are right even before cops attack he look like he was having heart attack, but details like this don't bother crmp) .

It was the man own fault. The police did nothing wrong in this situation. It's not like they pulled out a gun and shoot the man to get him under control. And i wish that the police would taser more people, like at the Stanly cup riots in Vancouver the police should have been tasering people left right and center.
