After last minute negotiations were abandoned by the "supercommittee," Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) told CBS News' Nancy Cordes, Democrats' consciences are clear because they "bent over backwards" to work with Republicans on spending, blaming the stalemate on the Bush tax cuts.

That "Bush"tax cut helped me and I am not "rich". Some people lie so much that it extinguishes any working conscience.

the only reason his conscience is clear is because he doesn't have one

John Kerry, you are just another staunch 'party-er.' I hate when people can't just call it like it is. Both parties are at fault at what's been going on the last few years, yet nobody is taking the blame, nobody is initiating anything and pretty much all of them are funded by billionaires. You don't have to be a Republican or Democrat to be an American. Think for yourself. I hate this back and forth jabbing by these people. It's not about your sponsors, it's about US, THE PEOPLE!!!
