Agreed. I'd laugh if I saw someone wiping frames on a commercial highrise. I'd know precisely who I could underbid, and I'm about 95% sure that the property manager wouldn't care about frames that are 10 floors in the air being wiped down anyway. Who would see 'em? Pigeons?

I find it is easier to use swivel handles for the squeegee and washer,might be a bit more expensive to purchase in the beginning but once you master them you wont change,no more wrist problems,try it i am sure you will its great.

@kirriekiwi Agreed on the swivels for pole-work. On my chair-work or eye-level glass there's nothing like a fixed stainless handle w/ a Sorbo cobra. swivels usually leave shit on the sides making you rag more. And Wagtails would be rediculous on chairwork. I use finger control, more than wrist action so wrist problems are never an issue.
