no its both but the one may not be firing right and i know the one cylinder does have a tad bit lower compression.

32:1 should be fine. mine calls for 20:1 and it doesn't smoke all that much so 32:1 should be decent. woulod you like to chat on msn?

i got it running but there is alot of white smoke comeing out is this because of my mistake of putting 4 stoke oil in the block insted of 2 stoke and wat should i do to stop the smoke do i run it or wat? thanks

it should flush out after running it for a while. as long as its 2 cycle oil it should be fine. 4 stroke oil burns off at a lower temp then 2 cycle and try your best to make sure its the proper mix ratio for it.

my engine does not run it has a spark and geul but work fire up could this be because of bad compression?

yeah compression maybe the problem. if it has low compression then it either won't fire or have enough vacumm to pull fuel into the cylinder. what type of motor is it?
