And yes, I agree, the people who sell alcohol are drug dealers too. However, the people that sell illegal drugs are regular business people. They are both as good and as bad as the other, and neither should be considered a criminal.
@Crynos420 I don't know if you misinterpreted me or not. I'm against prohibition too. I don't think there's anything wrong with selling marijuana, although i do technically think someone who sells marijuana is a drug dealer. The term 'drug dealer' has been demonized, though. There's nothing wrong with being a drug dealer, especially in the case of marijuana. But there's nothing wrong with being a drug dealer in general (even of meth).
@PaulBlartMallCop1 This is a vid on marijuana not meth.....drop the drug talk...someone that sells weeds a drug dealer? Fuckin squar....if thats the case then the convenient stores that push that alchole.....same shit...fuck prohibition
In fact "the good citizen that doesn't use drugs" has the advantage the he/she doesn't have to compete for jobs with drug users and dealers because they are kept from getting those jobs. Drug dealers sometimes go through the prison system and are affected by it. So in the end you have mr perfect on the one hand and mr problematic on the other, and thus the creation of the two types of people who were really the same in the beginning.
Apart from drug dealers not checking for id,drug dealers are just regular business people. The fact that we have a more negative image of them than any other business person is unfair. That is the greatest injustice that i see in the drug war, that both dealers and users are being branded and treated differently.More so even, drug dealers and users are created(the concept we have of them),just like the "good citizen who doesn't use drugs" is a fabrication of our minds that we turn into reality.
