Go to a vocational school or junior college and get something you can show an employer, such as a vocational degree or certifications. Do some internships or volunteer work to get experience and then contact the temp agencies, if you didn't get a job from interning. You will need to get your degree but if you can get a skill to use while in college you will find making money a lot easer. Once you get in the tech industry you will need to decide where YOU want to go and continue your education.

Your first step should be to move to India. :) Or Pennsylvania where we work cheaper than Indians.
