See, the thing about any kind of doom metal is that it cant be commercial EVER unless you remove all the sorrowful guitar riffs and vocals and write something about pink ponies thus making it something else entirely. Mainstream culture DO NOT like to feel melancholy thats it.

Oh just stop with the Draconian "is seling out" comments. That's bullshit. Draconian is one of those rare bands that has managed to change their sound and still be true to their original sound. Just think about some abominations like Anathema.
