Hi I was wondering what the name of the building is at 3:17?

wonderful. Very , very nice. Although I cut open the bottom of my singers and disconnected the speakers since it's so loud. It now lights up and moves but without the singing. I bought the Dept 56 mp3 hidden speakers and uploaded my own soundtrack to my village at the volume of my choosing. You would think that they would have put a volume control on those singers...lol.
