parkour doesnt just have to be done in the city and im sure there are some places round you, you just need an eye for it :P you can use the trees or just 1 railing i first trained on this railing and i still do theres a limitlessnumber of things you can do starting basic with vaults and then you can do balance on the railing precisions onto and off the railing you can do anything you just need the eye anyway goodluck from here in sydney :D

if there really isnt anything theres always nature :).

i believe parkour is the first sport ever to be known. because cavemen jumping in trees seems realistic

i love parkour im the only one of my friends that does it its not very common to see a person do parkour in st louis but ima keep doin my thing and become a master
