B750 the night time local freight out of the West Yard in Croton-on-Hudson, NY is out running around the world to serve their customers. They must dodge busy commuter train schedules, loads of trackwork that is done overnight, as well as play nice with all the other freight and Amtrak moves vying for space on Metro North's rails...

Stella Doro has not been served by rail in more than 15 years now. I WISH they were still - also their plant next to the Degan in the Bronx will be closed soon as the owners are anti-union assholes.

What potato chip factory? The only freight thru MVW is indeed potatoes but its for Endico - the makers of Sally Sherman Potato Salad, etc....

Josh as alaways I enjoy Your Videos. good stuff and I was wondering if they still do Deliviries for Stella Doro Cookies I know spelled the second of the companies name wrong. If you ever could get a video of them doing the deliveries that would be awsome.

@7:54, man, that is the longest train Ive ever seen in my life, lol. Where was that bad boy going?

@GRANDOVERLORD77
That train was headed to Oak Point Yard in the Bronx, NY. But thats really not that long of a train - Metro North imposes a 125-car, 8,000-foot limit on freight trains on their tracks - where as over on an actual freight line it might be 150+ cars and 10,000+ feet.
