Why does no-one figure out the most obvious thing about Hummel: that he openly admits at his wife's grave that if she were still alive, he would never have stolen the VX rockets and threatened civilians in the first place. His wife dying at the age of 47 (presumably of cancer or something) has sent his little train round the coo-coo bend. He snapped inside his own head because he couldn't take it. It wasn't nothing to do with the reasons he said; it's more than her loss pushed him over the edge

@MarkArandjus This is Bay's best movie, and next being Bad Boys.... That pretty much sums up Bay's good movies.

It's hard to believe Bay once made a decent non-cheesy action films that were more than just explosions for kids and idiots.
