  • What was the piece in the intro?

  • @jddrew1000 As 1banders notes, it is from the Bach Orchestral suite BWV 1067. For this recording we used a type of recorder called a voice flute, which has the same range as the baroque flute.

  • @jddrew1000 It's the Badinerie from Bach's Orchestral Suite #2 for flute and strings (BWV 1067), but played on recorder instead of flute.

  • Bravo! Now, I can't wait to hear the 2012 winners!

  • cool

  • Oh my god!! You said keep the difficulty level, but all the pieces are just played PERFECTLY!!!!!!!

  • can't wait...

  • What a delight to get this! I have just returned from my mother's funeral (a sudden, but not unexpected, occurrence).

The 995 for lute is a real challenge, but how I love the piece.

  • Thanks for the absolute delight!

  • Excellent!
