@HeliosTuor I have high anxiety as well. I think you would benefit more with binaural beats (alpha theta and delta) and or the solfeggio frequencies. There are a plethora of these type videos on here. The help me A LOT! As for "the benefit of letting go of struggle" I think what he means is just relax and take it easy, there is no right or wrong way to meditate. Go to my page I have favorited a lot of meditations that REALLY relax you.
I agree that meditation is wonderful and I do it daily, but if this man says "we observe ourselves" one more time... This is not a well guided meditation. He should speak slower and softer and not as often. His voice is not calming. I am not trying to be rude, I do enjoy the benefits of meditation and the different kinds. There are many beneficial guided breathing "observing" videos on here. But I could not go within on this one due to the constant repetitive "observe ourselves" Slow down!
@Buttaredtoast there is no right or wrong way to do it, sit however makes you the most comfortable and close your eyes if you want or keep them open if you want it doesn't matter. The main thing is not to take it so seriously and just relax.
