mines only attack ground units.

mines are not detectors, but they DO sense and attack nearby cloakers.

mines DO NOT attack ALL ground units, as some units hover and thus do not trigger the mines. These units DO take damage from mines, if a mine is triggered by another unit, but they themselves do not trigger them.

Hover units are units like scv/probe/drone, vultures, archons/dark archons.

@wolfsora nah for starcraft 1, its better to go to liquipedia (you can type that on google). However the advice given there for starcraft 2 is not so good.

then click either sc 2 or 1

and once ur in there, they tell you all the strategys, tournaments, players, units and stuff
