This is a kid-friendly raw vegan recipe for peach & mango salsa. It's perfect for a light breakfast or after-school snack. My veggie family members, who aren't vegan, like it with our backyard chicken eggs in the morning.

I used to work in a Factory Farm (FF).. only because it was the only job i was able to get. I hated the place... It was disgusting and the way the pigs were treated was horrible. I'll never join anything like PETA but I dislike the FF.

No offense, but if a kid can be a vegan (knowing that kids tend to love hamburgers and things of that nature), it makes me more hopeful that I as an adult can practice this lifestyle, too. Keep it up...

@XxWLLRxX No matter how you feel about eating animals, it's never right to torture them. I don't put down people for eating animals. There are tribes and cultures all over the world that need to eat animals to live, but they don't raise them in filthy factories and keep them sick. Raising so many animals for humans to eat is also bad for the environment. I don't want to take up all the comments, so just go watch Food, Inc. You'll learn a lot.

@XxWLLRxX Animals in factory farms are tortured. They also eat food that they're not meant to and are given antibiotics and hormones to keep them from getting sick all the time. This means you're eating the same hormones and drugs the animals are. My family raises our own chickens for eggs and we get raw milk and cheese from a local farm that treats their animals well. Watch Food, Inc. It's a good movie about how food is made and sold in America.
