The objective here is to design a DC driver that is easy to use and very low cost. This simple H-Bridge DC Motor Driver uses a 4 Bits TTL signals to control the speed and direction of a DC Gear Motor.
(ENable, DIRection, SP1,SP2) The main circuit consists of a h-bridge and a window comparator for logic.....

  • Gear motor is from China, while the driver is a basic H-Bridge with a twist. I made it for students who want it simple and cheap. :)

  • Very cool. Hopefully I can learn to make stuff like that soon. Can you please point me towards some tutorials about getting started with microcontrollers and stuff? Thanks :)

  • please send me an email, I ll see if I can help, thanks.

  • do the controls come with the motor

  • u can use any dc motors, 6 to 12V , consume less than 3A. I am making it for learning kit, not for industrial usage. :)

  • cool are they rc if they are can you tell me where to get and how much and i will subscribe....i need coz im doin my GCSE's and in building a rc robot all i need now is a motor so plzzzzzzzzz tell and i will tell all my m8s to subscribe to u ....thanks....

  • hi, please visit ebay store: far_east_noble for motor driver module, and lots of goodies for DIY robots... thks

  • schematics please i need it badly

  • hi!! would you share the schematics please?? thanks!

  • @fenoble Hi, I am trying to control two wheelchair motors, forward and reverse, (24 volt) on a 6 legged walking robot (see hexabot on instructables) do you have any suggestions or schematics for your controller. I see yours is 6 to 12V. I need a cheap and easy way for my students to build the hexabot., we can't afford expensive motor controllers.

  • You need to do wheel alignment of your wheel lol

  • how do u program the remote

  • how much is the motor?
