@nightfire4107 The oil is what's called dielectric -- which means it's non-conductive.

You can use de-ionised water, however contaminants such as traces of solder flux can cause it to become increasingly conductive. I am not about to immerse my PC in oil but it is good to see some more imaginative approaches...

can u use coloured lamp oil, I think the yellow would be to inviting to urinate in after a few beers!
