Before mounting the cell, get some MPG readings at least a couple tanks worth.

@d3adp001 tried that still dont work...has to be a setting in my phone... phones new to me so its taking a while to get used to it. i got lazy today after that project...cells not going on tonight.. but I will get no less than 3 tanks for mpg...which is at least 2200 miles...should take little over a week, I drive alot . At least 300 miles a day. hopefully i will have time to fix my laptop so i can go back to my camcorder.

Test your favorite HHO machine if EFFECTIVE or NOT. Park the car, start engine to normal temperature, run to 1500 rpm and hold it there by using tools or wedges. Turn ON your HHO machine. Check the RPM goes 1550 rpm or more, it is GOOD. If RPM 1500 or below, your HHO machine is NOT HELPING, useless, and waste of time, effort and money, or needs IMPROVEMENT. ANY SELLERS PASSED THIS SIMPLE TEST, BUY their HHO machine. Forget the driving around wasting more gas,

I just ran my first mileage test with my 3 or 4th try on a cell design.

I'm happy to say, I'm getting between 65-100 more miles per tank. (Haven't quite finished my mileage test.)

City driving! And I can feel the additional horsepower. Very quick response.

In fact, I lowered the temp on a plug change. I went with bosh platinum +4.

Autozone questioned my choice. And said everybody who uses bosh in a dodge brings the plugs back. My 318 purs like a kitten ;)

I still believe in the HHO. Too many people say they got some results from it so there is something to it. I think one thing you said about HHO might just be helping to release more energy from the gas that is already there makes sense to me. It's not free energy, just more efficient.  Efficient has been the name of the game for years, as your well tuned diesel shows in longevity, power and mileage.
