I love Kelly Clarkson and I love this old song. I grew up hearing this song played on our turntable over and over again. Thanks for posting this video. Kelly sounds so good and just the right arrangement. Exquisite!! Great performance and great tribute to Tony Bennett. WOW, amazing. Kelly will record many albums in her lifetime and I'm sure she would record standard songs as well. Lovely voice!!

This was my favorite TB song when I was growing up in Brooklyn,NY. I sang it all the time. Hearing KC sing this song demonstrates what a talent she is. She is simply amazing. Wish I could find what Tony thought about her performance.

Best vocalist of today hands down. She may not have the most expansive range if you compare it note to note, but she makes it up in her ability to emote and adapt to other genres with ease. And yet, even as famous as she is, she is still incredibly underrated. People only get to hear the pop rock side of her most of the time. It's performances like these, like Up to the Mountain, that prove how incredibly gifted she really is.

I just went from watching Kelly Rockin' out to a cover of 'I want you to want me' then I come to her beautifully singing this song. She can literally sing ANYTHING!! She is very rare in the music world. Even Mariah, Celine and Whitney can't do what she does. What an amazing talent.

i went on to explain to him this girls name was Kelly Clarkson she's only 27 and probably sang this at youngest 24/25 and is a very famous singer in the pop genre in today's music. i then went on to let him listen to performances by her such as up to the mountain and a performance of walking after mdinight from this year and he was still blown away. Goes to show how amazing her voice really is:)

Amazing!I have this on my ipod and i decided to show my grandpa the other day and he listens to this genre of music and is oen of the pickiest ppl i know when it comes to how singers sing(he likes soothing kinda no belting unless its really nice voices). he really only likes singers form his day, but when he heard this he was blown away! to be continued in another comment,srry it's so long:P
