  • don't chin ups work the same way? which gives better results: chin ups or lat pulldown? thanks baz, your videos are an awesome help! :)

  • @random7183 - both work but I think chin ups might have the edge. They are very hard to do and lots of people just cannot do them. If you can go for it you will not be sorry. Baz

  • Btw your a inspiration man if u can be this fit at ur age it shames some when we half the age lol ur videos inspire me thanks dude peace x

  • @shazkhaliq - thanks so much that is a wonderful compliment. My training is hopefully going to help lots of people to start training especially when they get older. Baz

    Question question regards to barbell

Rows know might not be related to vid ;-)

I always pull towards the chest some videos say pull towards waist or belly button what's ur take on this matter. I'm Reading a book called stenght training anatomy by fredrick delavier says same thing pull to chest ? Help

  • @shazkhaliq - I think both work. You need to work out what is the most comfortable for you. I pull toward the stomach and not to the chest. It would be too uncomfortable for me and puts pressure on my shoulder which I do not want. Baz

  • @TheSUBGAMER - I am very happy with how I look. I am not a steroid taking idot. I am also 60 years old. I really hope you will be in as good condition. I also do not train to please you. Your thoughts mean nothing to me. I train for my self and if you do not like it find another channel and someone else to bother. Baz

  • @SOULJAJOE010 - I am really not interested in having discussion on words. If you have something postive to offer that would be fantastic. If you would like to take up the idea of "super" I suggest you speak to someone like Charles Atlas. During his period loads of these terms were used and are still in today. Baz

  • @MsSpike911 - You need to focus on doing basic exercise with good food and you will build a good platform. Once you have some size to work with then decide what you want to do. Baz

  • how do you build the thickness of lad muscles?

  • @yungprodigy7 - thanks. Baz
