the white house has a Deep Basement which nobody tell us about it has a Deep Basement whare the President would hide at during a war.

The "Deep Basement" is under the East Wing and was built during World War II. Indeed, the East Wing was also built around this time to hide this emergency command center. The East Wing is now used primarily as the First Lady's offices.
