  • so keen on getting a loop station! very expensive though for multiple input ones :?

  • @gaming0wiz - Yes, the Boss loop stations are especially expensive. I increased the amount of inputs to my loop station by adding A-B selectors. I would have the electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, and looped vocals all inputted into my loop station, however only one would be selected at a time. This would enable me to avoid feedback or accidentally looping an unwanted sound.

  • @JaredFunari smart!! so i would be good to buy the rc-2 rather then the one pictured in the video and be able to have multiple inputs with bass, guitar, piano, vocals ect?

  • @gaming0wiz Yes. it's not actually increasing the inputs, it's just allowing you to essentially choose between as many instruments as you want. This way you aren't unplugging one instrument to then have to plug in another one. If you've ever had 2 guitars plugged into the same source you know what happens when you set one down and forget to turn the volume off. Feed back. This trick eliminates that. There may be fancier ways to achieve the same result but this one works great.

  • Good work mate. Well done to you.

What gear are you using on the floor?

    Effects? Switching ? Sound modules?

Can u advise me if I used a pod Xt live and Rc 300 looper. All being fed into Alen Heath 12 Chanel via mackie 1521

    Great stuff once again

    Check out Randolph Arriolas

  • @TheYahooclub - All my gear, other than the tuner, is Boss. I've been particularly happy with the effects pedals Boss has on the market. And after playing around with other loop stations, I was most satisfied with the control Boss's RC-50 gave me. I have yet to play around with the RC 300. From what I gather it is pretty much the RC-50 with effects, longer looping capabilities, and slightly more control per phase along with the stereo input for each phase. And of course the expression pedal.

  • Your loop station is the last pedal in your effect line. So your Pod XT should come before that. If you are utilizing the panning effects then you'll want to come out of the loop station in stereo into your 12 channel mixer, and the stereo out into your PA, computer, or speakers.

  • awesome video! I can't understand why so many poeple clicked dislike...

  • Liam, these are just the stock pickups and this is a studio series. This guitar sounds great dry, and it plays great through a variety of effects. Definitely my favorite of my electrics.

  • the finish on the guitar and pickups are different on the gibson "studio" series than the "faded" les pauls. was just wich of the two it was. and if you where using the stock pickups
