All is Fair in Love and War CH.19 [Epilogue]

Sorry this took so long, my internet was down for days! Also on the 21-26 I will be on vacation, so when I come back, I will start the winning series!

Nick: And that concludes the story.
???: Yay! A happy ending!

Wondering who that is? Well that is Isabella and Nick's five-year-old daughter.

Isabella: *Walking into the room with an infant in her arms* What's going on?

Oh, did I forget to mention that they had two kids? Yup, one girl and one boy.

Nick: Nothing, just telling Maria a story.
Bella: Oh. Which one? The three little pigs?
Maria: No. All is Fair in Love and War.
Bella: *Looking at Nick* All is Fair in Love and War? What story is that?
Nick: *Smiling* Oh, about two feuding families that were in the mafia and their kids accidentally fell in love with each other and got married.
Bella: Oh. That's not a story.
Maria: Its not?
Bella: No. Well it is. But it really happened.
Maria: Really?!
Nick: Yeah. In fact, Isabella and Nicholas are us.
Maria: *Smiling and clapping* Cool!
Bella: Shh Maria. You'll wake up Manny.

Maria Angela Jonas was the little girls name. She had most of her mother's features and her fathers eyes, while Emmanuel Antonio Jonas had his fathers features and his mothers eyes.

Maria: *Blushing* Oops.
Nick: Well Maria, time for bed.
Maria: *Whining * Aww.
Nick: *Mimicking Maria* Aww.
Maria: One more story!
Nick: No. I told you one already. It's past your bedtime.
Maria: Please, please, please Daddy!
Nick: That's not going to work.
Maria: Fine, but at least tell me what happened to Isabella and Nicholas.
Nick: Fine, but first get into your bed.

Maria dashed up the stairs and into her bed. Nick gently slid the covers over her body.

Nick: Okay, after Isabella and Nicholas got married, they had a big party with food and everything. Then for their honeymoon they went to Italy. And I have to say Italy is beautiful. Then they bought a lovely home in the upper east side of New York City and after that, Isabella was pregnant with a gorgeous baby girl that they named Maria Angela Jonas. *Nick smiled at his daughter*
Maria: ME?!
Nick: Yes you. They loved their first child a lot! Sure she cried a lot and sometimes Nick couldn't handle it and had to drink coffee a lot and sometimes was so tired that he ran into some walls, but he still loved Maria. Then, five years later, Isabella was pregnant again, but this time, with a handsome baby boy named Emmanuel Antonio Jonas.
Maria: Where did they get their names?
Nick: Well Maria was her mother's middle name and Angela was Isabella's best friend. Emmanuel was Isabella's fathers name and Nick thought that Emmanuel should be the name of his son in a way of thanking of his father-in-law for letting him marry his daughter. Antonio is Isabella's older brother and Emmanuel's godfather.
Maria: Yup!
Nick: Now get to bed young lady. You have a big day tomorrow with Aunt Angela and Uncle Joe. *Nick kissed her forehead*
Maria: Okay. Night Daddy.
Nick: Goodnight.

Nick turned off her light and walked downstairs into the living room. He was Isabella reading a book.

Nick: Well Maria's asleep. *He sat down next to Isabella*
Bella: Great, so is Manny.
Nick: Well, our six-year anniversary is tomorrow. *Nick kissed her softly*
Bella: I know. I'm so happy!
Nick: I'm glad I went outside to talk to you at that party.
Bella: Why?
Nick: Because that's when I started to have a crush on you. I mean I always thought you were pretty, but at the party I got to know you.
Bella: That's sweet. Same here.
Nick: Ti amo. *He kissed her* (Translation: I love you.)
Bella: Ti amo anche io. *She kissed him back* (Translation: I love you too.)

Looks like true love does conquer all...
