  • I first spotted this nasal strip on one car racedriver. I always wondered how exactly they work and now i made little research and found out how they work. At the same time i realized they they could help me also...i have chronic sinusitus and during sleeping my nose is usually quite blocked-stuffy. I hate our Czech doctors...i visited few doctors and nobody gave me advice try to use this nose plaster.

  • Thanks for making this video. This is much more helpful in getting the right placement on the nose than the tiny glyphs on the package.

  • @davidscalling No offense but I highly doubt they stretch your nose..I don't even things that would be possible

  • I have a problem that one of my nostrils is sometimes blocked. Some people say that this is natural but it is not doing me much good. I find that it puts a strain on me to draw in air. The strain specifically exerts the muscles at the very top of my neck vertebrae. Also it seems to produce some pressure within my brain. All this I reckon is due to straining to breathe.

The over-exertion of my neck muscles causes them to be strained and sore.

So I am thinking of giving these nasal strips a go.

  • I have sleeping problem since year 2000because of my Vasomotor non Allergic Renhitis, it so terribble at night and it wakes me up, hope this one will work to bring back my normal life.

  • can I ask you what kind you used, the tan or the clear product, and what size

  • pippi1129, it's a device that lets air flow up into your nose a little better. I don't think it's for sleep apnea or insomnia but they did say it's good for people with a diviated septum. I still use them even though I'm not entirely satisfied with them. Try buying the Rite Aid throat spray for snore relief. The bottle lasts for almost 3 months and is much cheaper than the Breathe Right spray which only lasts a month.

  • Has anyone else noticed that if you use Breathe Right for 2 or 3 week in a row that it seems to stretch out your nose? At first it would go away after an hour of taking it off, but it seems to be permenantly stretching out my nose. I did noticed it helped a little but if your sinises are puffy that is further up and no matter how much you stretch your nose open it's not going to help much.

  • I have a sleeping problem. what do nasal breathe right strips do. Is it for sleep apnea or insomnia? Thanks

  • ive just discovered breathe right and it has changed my life! ive never slept so good.
