@thechinesefuture hear hear man. I bet this condominium isn't even targeted at the chamorro and filipino population. 85% of the people of Guam can't afford these condos. It's most likely for business execs who only do business on guam.

I dont understand why this video shows the tenants only as Asians and Caucasians. what a slap in the face to the Chamorro people. How would Korea like it if a bunch of Chamorros planned an entire elitist community in Seoul that excluded the Koreans? This is so typical, of a racists elitist vision, comming to a US territory reaping all the benefits of The United States and starting thier own community that doesnt want to be a part of the American community.
