His band the Hartbeats was one of the best in country music.Most of them were studio musicians.Very polished group of guys.Just like their boss.Dressed to the nines all times performing.He was also produced by George Richey Tammys widowed husband While at Capitol Records.

@wcs34741 I have always loved seeing Freddie and his band and, as you've said, they've dressed to the nines - always classy looking and very professional. I never got to see him in person but just getting to see him and hearing him on YouTube is such a treat. I can't say enough about the great emotion Freddie puts into his songs.
