  • I'm a student volunteering in one of these for my school tomorrow..... I'm a little nervous. I really hope that I don't get hit with the "simunition".

  • What about the self responsibility route? Teachers with training and concealed carries, mandatory training/arming of principal/VP.

  • @stevef68 I totally agree with you, I was told one time that the Tact Team was the tip of the spear. I told them that they were not it was the first responder that would be leading the way in most situations. I am currently trying to get the patrol division trained to take over the role of the Tact Team. I think the part time Tact Team is not a very useful tool when you can train the patrol division.

  • dude hell ya haha i volunteered for this.. its gonna happen tomorrow at my school.. its gonna be sick

  • Too bad SWAT doesn't respond to active shooters until long after patrol officers have responded and usually contained the situation. How many schools even have this technology? This ONE? Current training is for the first officer to arrive to engage the shooters as FAST as possible-shooters in these situations tend to commit suicide as soon as they are met with ANY armed resistance.

  • This is brilliant!!! We had a mock lock down at our university and our doors dont even have locks on them.

  • Take it up with the news agency that broadcast the origional footage, don't get on nettalon for posting something he thinks is interesting. Also, a lot of police tactics arn't exactly secret and if a bad guy wants to find out how the police do something, he will, youtube or not.

Heck, maybe kowing how well the police respond will convince him not to do something stupid.

  • this should not be on here! anything that shows any police training or movement shouldnt be shown or the bad guys will learn tactics....big mistake putting anything on here that even comes close to showing our training! bad move!

  • This is a propagada video to get the kids into the police state !!!

  • Cool demo.
