I got the opposite impression; Freddie didn't, in his own words in another interview he gave "give a shit" about what other people think of him :) Freddie was so highly intelligent; had it all.

Too bad they couldn't get in Freddie's comments about Live Aid. I bet even he didn't think their performance there would still be remembered 25 years later as the best live performance in music history!

Wonderful interview, really can't get enough of Freddie! He just sounds so genuine and intelligent. Can't help wondering what happened to the material they couldn't use though...anyone know if its availiable?

Freddie loved working with Queen....and if he were still with us, he'd still be part of Queen, making more beautiful music for us to enjoy. He's very loyal to his bandmates and his fans.
