Hair using Aphogee Week 2

This is a video and a couple pics of my hair after using Aphogee for 2 weeks, washing my hair once a week. I only plan to use the products/line for 4-5 weeks in total, then switch back to my old regimen of Mizani products, then use this again maybe once a month or so. Apparently, after watching many other black women videos, i've learned that too much protein can put your hair into protein shock, and cause it to break off, and become thin. My hair is not that damaged, so I'm using these products to strengthen it, and will go back to my moisturizing/conditioning shampoos. Thanks for watching!

how soon can u use this after you get a perm . ?

@FukkinBarbie I used it the week before I got a perm to prep my hair for the relaxer. My hair came out fine. I used it the week before the perm, and the next wash after the perm. Then each wash following that, I used only moisturizing shampoos and conditioners so that I wouldn't get protein overload. I used the aphogee just to add some strength to the hair, since a perm breaks down the hair and weakens the bonds.

@2010marymary I used it once a week for 4-5 weeks. Then stopped. I found it was very drying to my hair, and my hair became hard and brittle due to protein overload. I also hadn't been following up with a moisturizing conditioner, which I suggest to anyone using the aphogee line follow up with.
