I honestly would like to see all of these haters even attemp 5 kipping pull ups. You did awesome they are just jealous. BTW if you want to escape negative critisizm, then be very literal with your video title. Good job.

I love those incompetent "i see something new that is not how i learned it so its wrong and bad comments" comming from people who either a. are afraid of learning new things or b. dont understand why the kip and the butterfly makes good sense for some cardio and technique and full body workout.

@Mostradametje Dictionary defination.....an arm exercise performed by pulling yourself up on a horizontal bar until your chin is level with the bar. Chin goes over the bar and I'll bet my life her arms were shot when she was done so they were used. Don't be pissed cuz she's in better shape than you

I have never seen a crossfitter do a proper pull up,the real thing is the Bar Movement,guys like Hannibal,Lord Vital,Juice,and not even those guys can do 100 pull ups,a crossfitter would probably do around 15 real pull ups or less
