Elise Corvette and Exige at Harris Hill Road

An instructor session during a Driver's Edge HPDE event. The Elise has nitrons and RA1s, the Exige has a track pack and R888s. The Corvette has full slicks and has been modified quite a bit (not sure on all the details). As you can see the lighter weight of the Lotus cars give them the ability to hang with a car with more than double the horsepower and much better tires. All three drivers have quite a bit of track time. The Corvette's passenger got a bit scared, so the Corvette got off pace at the end.

I love to see Lotus on this track...they are awesome. That's how I got my 1:30 lap time in S2000 by following Exige.
