no matter what anyone say's, your videos are some of the best for teaching swimming... keep up the good word. there are those of us who appreciate it...

two major things I would suggest:
(1) head down, never look up before and during breathing
(2) leading arm wait for recovery arm and shoulder rotation a little bit, you are pulling too soon. Practicing "Catch Up" drill and "Almost Catch Up" will help.
Nice kicking and flipturn, keep up.

piece of shit that swim as slow as a turtle.

@Meowws you lack some style, meowws. Is probably normal for a swimmer as fast as you are. you'll never be a famous writer though I'm afraid. the only funny bit is the turtle one ;-)

Good job. Few things..Sometimes your head level is above the water, sometimes it's submerged. When it's submerged your form is much better, your head doesn't rise as high to breathe then which is of course what you want. Some times when you breath to your left side, the front of your forehead comes up, only sometimes though. Good job though. And also! Try to take a few strokes after your flip turn instead of breathing as soon as your come up. Great job nonetheless

Hello amerikanermarinen. Thanks a lot for this great advice. I will look into this carefully. This is exactly the kind of response I expected and I'm happy it works! Matthias
