@Theosis3131 Belief in reincarnation was known even in Christ's day. Matthew 16 "He asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is? They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets."

Belief in reincarnation was known even in Christ's day. Matthew 16 "He asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is? They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets." Since the abovementioned were already dead, it is apparent that some people thought Jesus was a reincarnated spirit.

Yes, I have felt so strongly about being a monk that I am a monastic. I live a monastic lifestyle.I am a woman but I feel the call to be a monk.

I am glad you are following the call of your soul. Do you have a spiritual community? That is quite important for most of us.

Sorry - I was not very specific. I have also felt that I was a monastic in a prior life, and that is why I was excited about your talk. Thanks.
