Intel moved into Austin a number of years ago and got some major tax breaks and subsidies for setting up shop. Apparently one of the deals they received had to do with receiving development funds during construction. They used the loophole to simply build a skeleton of a building and sat back and collected money from the city of Austin. A few years go by and the city bought the property back from Intel and demolished it. This is the footage.
