  • @marklethanarkle If you want the form advice he shows you in most of his videos as he does almost everything with pretty much perfect form.

    If you want the diet related tips you have to go to his website, the turbulence training one (and may have to purchase some stuff).

  • ok, we get it, but what about excersize "tips". you've got quite the library of basic overall fat loss and ripped abs vids (the ones that grab the attention of the new comers) but what about form. teach us HOW to do the excersizes with that will get us "ripped abs and MASSIVE TRICEPTS" in depth... really, i'm a huge form guy, and i feel like people need to know these things if they're to be truely successful in their weight loss and or muscle gaining. also, diet related tips would be good...
