  • I have an '04 G34 Sedan and love the car. I 'd like to upgrade to a dual performance exhaust but read in a G35 forum that it is pretty tough to install. It was mentioned that the Fuel Evap. system is in the way on the passenger side of the car. Does anyone know the basics, as it relates to performance exhaust, of what you can do to a 1st Gen. G35?

  • you are correct. you need to relocate the evap. a few have done it. it's not cheap but it can be done.

  • nice g i have the same year and color, and i am looking to upgrade my exhaust if i just install a magnaflow muffler will it sound good or will it sound like a honda. and u should also take out the little red lines in the reverse lights

  • i haven't heard the 1st gen w/ just the oem mid and reso w/ a magnaflow muffler. if you leave the stock muffler but change out the midpipe and use a magnaflow reso, it might sound good. just be ready for some drone.

  • @BossyBetty1 does the spoiler on the G come stock? and if so with what models? nice G btw and great exhaust.

  • @LethalStick97

They are pretty shit lol. I go through a tank in like 5 days. And thats driving conservatively for the most part.

  • @BB0YMatty because i love that?!

  • @tommylangevin Why would a buy a crappy car, S5, TT, R8 all the way

  • @earl3889 yea i understand but i drive mine very carefully and i never redline. i shift at 2500-3000 rpms and still get this awful mileage. i love my car except for this gas issue. ive done everything imaginable to try to fix it and nothing -_- im really thinking about switching to a sedan

  • @mikegt2 its a performance engine stock, so its not technically made for fuel economy, then your driving style effects that alot. ive got a stock 04 sedan with the 6speed. im averaging 22mpg.

  • @iner75 came from the factory.

  • @tommylangevin

Since when owning a g35 is a factor to talk ''trash'' about automatic cars. You're just ignorant, what did you study in? oh let me guess... business (or anything related) go drive your little car.

    have a nice day
