Hey Everyone,

I wound up and sold the Studio apartment and ran off to South America for awhile and then returned to NYC. I found a great roomate (miss ya Jimmy) and began my new apartment search here in Manhattan. I found this great Jr One Bedroom in Hells Kitchen which is just West of the busy Times Square but once you get around all the tourist you are left with a great neighborhood and plenty of gay boys to make me feel like I am in heaven and conveniently my home and bedroom are right here (sorry mom but it's true).

So here is the apartment after a few renovations and upgrades to make it exactly what I wanted. Sorry all my curtains are closed so you will miss looking out through any of the 5 windows, but its night time and raining here so you would not be able to see anything regardless.

  • Wow even better then the other one.

  • so gorgeous! shows what you can do with any space!

  • how much did the apartment cost you?

  • NICE!Wish You Can Help Decorate My Place Im Movin Into Friday...Or Some Pointers Will Help As Far As Decorating On A Budget...

  • I love this apartment. It so cute. This could easily be a man or a woman's apartment. There is no wasted space at all. A lot of apartments have halls and weird nook areas that are just wasted. I am thinking of downsizing myself due to my college money running out soon and not many job offers. I have 2 very part time jobs but something like this here in Kansas City would only be maybe $500.
