@uknownada Yeah, I knew about the 8000 thing...just didn't know that the TV version of Kai kept the 9000 change o_O Personally I prefer DBZ Abridged's 1006 version :)

@TheCodefinder Probably because in the manga it was over 8000. Since Kai is closer to the manga than the original version, they kept that the same.

They probably put "9000" in the TV version to say "hey, we know this meme exists."
