Bisbigliando is a familliar term to other instruments except harp. If you want to describe it by other term it would by better to use the word tremolo, especially since ¨pizzicato¨is the general way to play the harp.

¨Pizzicato harp¨ at 0'15¨? Haha - its called bisbligliando!! And it's not a ¨new technique¨, quite the opposite, mr. Dun.

När Tan Dun säger "the first movement...", varför översattes det till "den första rörelsen? Inom musiken betyder ju movement sats, alltså en del av ett större stycke.
Dåligt av översättaren.

He do not say it is a new technique mate :P And the pizzicato/bisbligliando thing, I did a very non thorough search on Google. And it seems that it is a harp technique that is called bisbligliando, if you refer it to the single instrument. But in an orchestra it is called Pizzicato. Because the tremolo sound thingy can be achieved on other string instrument. And then it is called Pizzicato. And he is in fact talking to the whole orchestra ^^
