At the 2011 National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT) Summit in Cincinnati on Oct. 25, The C.E. White Company discusses a new driver seat for maximum protection. The new ergonomics fights driver fatigue and fits taller drivers. The seat is also designed to require the seat belt be latched before the bus can be started.
They need cages to protect themselves from getting beat by some of the kids.

Hey Bob, The problem I see is that it's going to be a nuisance to have to put all this in place in order to do the circle check. I think it would have been more practical if you couldn't get out of neutral until the arm rest is in place.
