'Never Mind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols' was released in 1977. Although controversial in its time period, it's a hallmark of punk rock. This documentary contains live footage, interviews and audio material straight from the recording studio.

Mark E Smith of the Fall remembers that when the Pistols came to Manchester, MClaren went into local pubs urging everyone to come and see the band. Smith added that he wished his manager had been so energetic in promoting The Fall. MClaren admitted before his death that he knew sod all about managing a band. But he was a blagger and a publicist of genius. Ultimately : no Malcom - No Sex Pistols, no 'Never Mind The Bollocks'. He made things happen and his input shouldn't be totally trashed.

God, Malcolm is full of himself. "Mismanager"! well he certainly did that didn't he?he totally mismanaged one of the greatest bands of all time.
