TF2 - Pyro is Bombarded with Arrows!!!

I was playing on an achievement server for fun, not for achievements, and the admin totally messed up the server settings which caused lightning fast actions such as shooting. This time i am shooting arrows at lightning fast sucession and bombarded a pyro with arrows!

how you do it...
somehow mess up the admin settings...
use godmode
use the huntsman for the sniper...
keep on clicking the fire button and point at the person!
ta da!
