Gah, it's been forever. Well to me it sounds like he's just playing the arpeggio straight through. Maybe a few half tones away from the lead tone when the arpeggio descends to make it more interesting. Well thanks for filling me in on that!

I think thats a Schecter Jolly Roger. They are extremely hard to find, and discontinued.
