@markemoon2 Yeah, totally agree. I felt the same when I listened to Mercy Seat by Ultra Vivid Scene here and on record. Biking is one of Les Thugs's best blasts to me.

There's something about the old TV sound compression that gives these songs a really nice muddy feel that always left me a bit disappointed when i actually caught up on the CD/Vinyl version. I think VHS warp as well only serves to enhance the sound - i'd much rather watch old taped videos than did out my old vinyls. cheers for popping this one up :)

@melitosse - i've got a lot of old chart show vids and 120 minutes shows taped. i used to hover over the record buttonson a saturday lunchtime and bought so many songs on the strength of an 8 second clip. another great one from this era with the same sort of feel is Pond's 'Agatha'... i remember Stiff Kittens 'Walk On By' as well and only caught a copy of it again recently...
