Could it be that all this hatred, division and confusion is the result of the mischief of Dorje Shugden? The Dalai Lama's warning that 'the spirit' (Dorje Shugden) is harmful to Tibetan Buddhism, seems to be coming true judging from all the harmful energy the subject is creating.

This is out of context. The question was about worshipping a deity. Buddhists do not worship a deity, a supreme deity. The Dalai Lama is correct here to say that deity worship is wrong. This is all he said folks, so get a grip. Is this a commie smear campaign? probably.
