There is hardly a man, woman or child who has not heard of the "wonderful" Christian God Who will torment in eternal flames those who stubbornly refuse Him. How does this caricature affect the moral decisions of those who dare believe it? Martin Zender contends that such a heinous perception of God can only lower the standards of morality wherever it is taught. After all, why should a person behave any better than his or her Deity? Want to save people from moral ruin? Teach the God of Scripture!

  • @Hebrews1038 Beware of Universalism, and any 'ism.' It's better to ask the Holy Spirit for understanding than to ask people here on Youtube. They say the scriptures don't mean what they actually say because their ears itch. Also they don't trust Jesus to save them from hell. Some, perhaps, don't want to turn from their sin. Many scheme, thinking, how can I live like I want to live and still get into heaven? Answer, you can't. You must surrender, be born again in truth and in spirit. Shalom

  • All I hear thru his rant is that he wants to be his own God. But hey, if he's written in the book of life, he'll be saved. Also, God doesn't torment in hell, Satan does. But arguing w believers in the false religion of Universalism is like trying to turn cotton candy into milk.Even the Quran verifies there's a hell &the Mormon bible too. The way of salvation is learned correctly thru reading &abiding in the Word, not following TV evangelists &utube, that is to say the flesh. One must be born again

  • @Hebrews1038 1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils..

1Ti 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

  • @Lrothtube -"They have been given life whether they believe it or not."

    "That statement is Complete Error."

God's Word says: He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. ~John 3:18

  • @Lrothtube -So are you saying that all of mankind is going to heaven? If so, then what is Revelation Chapter 20:15 referring to? Explain for me please....

  • @Hebrews1038 continued)Because of Christ’s original obedience, all men are made

alive. They do not have to “accept it.” They do not choose

it; God chose it for them. They have been given life whether

    they believe it or not

  • @Hebrews1038 I Corinthians 15; 21. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. 22. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. Because of Adam’s original disobedience, all men face death. They do not “accept it.” They do not choose it; God chose death for them. They die whether they “believe” in death or not.
  • @Hebrews1038 Well Jesus doesnt seem to be too strong of a savior then, I thought Jesus was God, so why dont I just go to the root of the problem & just "reject" Adams fall, sin, & consequential judgment of death on man? I'll just skip right over Jesus, seeing as how Adam is so much MORE POWERFUL THAN JESUS, ill just "reject " Adam instead!

We had no CHOICE in ADAM we have NO CHOICE in Christ, it is an equal eqaution, ADAM=SIN,DEATH, JESUS=LIFE,FORGIVENESS, we just walk in the GRACE & truth

  • @Hebrews1038 I am free in Christ, Jesus died for my sins,(& the whole worlds) no please, where does it say that we have to believe in "hell" to be with Jesus? Do you think Jesus is going to throw me in "hell" for not believing in "hell"? I dont believe in an "eternal torture chamber" somewhere, now am I "saved" or not? LOL LOL, give me the scripture that tells ME I HAVE TO BELIEVE IN THIS PAGAN TORTURE CHAMBER, I never will believe that, that is not MY JESUS, it shouldnt be yours!

  • @Hebrews1038

As, then, the darnel is gathered up, and is burned with fire, so shall it be in the full end of this AGE....this is how my translation goes in YLT, there is a HUGE difference between "world" & "age" . I think I have mentioned to you before that it would behoove you to do a study on the "ages" eons or in the Greek "AION" until you know about the "ages" you wont get far in understanding the FULL picture of what Jesus & the Father have planned for us ALL, it does not include TORTURE!
