Sony Vegas Pitch-Shift || Without Plug-in

Here is a tutorial on how to pitch-shift without using the Sony Vegas plug-in, especially if you have the 64-bit version and your plug-ins don't work anyway.
Note: -0.500 is about the closest to go on either side so that the audio stays relatively normal and isn't detected (-0.750 would probably be a good stopping point so that the audio doesn't get too distorted). When it comes down to it, just play it by ear - if it sounds great to you, then it probably won't bother other people.
Also made for an Instructional Design class. It's due today, so if three people could comment as soon as possible, that would be great! xD
