I have an 05 Elise with 38k miles for sale. It is a hardtop convertible and recently been repainted (darker red than the one on the video). NADA average is $29,100 but I would obviously consider taking some off the price

lotus needs to step it up, if they understood power to weight they would know there cars a lacking in HP, the vehicle weight has always been great they have such a tiny car it should be,,,,, 2050lbs * 218 = 9.4lbs per hp
the new 5.0 mustang is 3500lbs * 412 = 8.5 lbs per hp
yes i understand there cars are nimble and can out handle the shit out of a mustang but power to weight in straight line performance past 60mph is lousy
they need to bring back a v8 esprit replacement

@newmanafterall hahahaha as if you said fricken you stupid faggot

There is more trunk(boot) space than pictures or videos would have you believe, so when I first saw the elise i bought I was pleasantly surprised. Also...I love the fact that there is no glove compartment. Just a couple of spots that you can put a phone and some keys and a bunch of oranges. There is no room in the car to fill it with clutter, and thus the car always remains absent of anything that it wasn't shipped from the factory with.

I simply turned off the audio and watched the beautiful red blur on the screen. Car & Driver bitches every single time a car doesn't have a drink-holder and a 42 sq. ft baggage area. Doesn't matter if it's an Enzo or a Jag XJ220, they will ALWAYS bitch about that. Stupidity on an epic scale.

i like this car, but i think its funny how i searched for this and got a video on a laundry machine motor in the video list. lol

They should have just stuck a K20 in it.
I can't understand why reviewers always criticise luggage space in sports cars like this. It's not meant to be practical, and if you own one it most likely is'nt going to be your only fricken car.
