ok let's set the record straight ... last year many of you said Ibra was better than Eto'o and that anyone could win the CL with Barcelona. So Barca (and I'm a Blaugrana) sells Eto'o + $20 mill to get Ibra. Ibra goes to Barca doesn't win the CL and warms the bench towards the end of the season. Eto'o goes to Inter, doesn't play center forward which really created opportunities for Milito but wins a Treble (CL, Copa Italy, Calcio) back to back! I mean come on .. the Stats speak for themselves!

Eto'o is much more lethal than Ibrahimovic even though the tall swede is stronger and much more skilled on the ball. The problem with Ibra is that he slows down the game for his team and that's why he is much more comfortable in Italy where the game is more tactical and physical as opposed to the Spanish game. Eto'o on the other hand is a a " hustler" who can fit in any system. He can play main striker, on the wing or behind the striker. That's the leverage that make him a better player.

Ibra vs Etoo's Inter (at Barca): 0 goals out of 3 games

Ibra vs Etoo's Inter (at Milan): 2 goals in 2 matches

Inter won the CL because of teamwork, Eto'o did nothing extraordinary that season scoring only 2 goals in CL. Ibra couldn't perform well at Barca because of his issues with Pep. Then Ibra came to Milan, took away their Scudetto winning streak.

@babarita100 Ibrahimovic is technically way better than Eto'o who is actually a poacher. Zlatan is better at dribbling, creating chances for his teammates, scoring from odd places and having an overall effect on the team. Eto'o on the other hand is a poacher who emphasises on tapping in goals. Just look at the Milan derbys... Ibrahimovic destroyed Eto'o's Inter by scoring 2 goals in 2 matches and Eto'o scored 0. Eto'o can just score when served on a plate.
